Fixed setup projects
A scoped install or build with a defined deliverable, documented handoff, and a 7-day support window tied to the setup itself.
SERVICES
Three kinds of engagement, each starting with a fit check and ending with a handoff you can read. No mandatory retainers, no black boxes shipped.
SVC—01
Scoped engagements · Fit check first
Scoped advisory engagements for people who run things: which tools are worth adopting, which workflows are worth automating, and what to ignore. You leave with a plan you can execute — with or without me.
SVC—02
$999 · Mac mini purchased by you
I configure a customer-owned Mac mini as a private AI command center: a working local agent, your first practical workflows, and hands-on training so you can run it yourself. Your hardware, your accounts, your data.
SETUP PRICING
$999
≈ 3 hours of setup + training
Private local AI agent, configured on your machine
First practical workflows, built with you during the session
Hands-on training — you drive, I navigate
Documented setup with recovery paths
7 days of initial post-setup support
Hardware: Mac mini purchased by the customer. Hardware cost and third-party app/model subscriptions are separate unless explicitly bundled. You buy the Mac mini; you own it outright from day one.
SVC—03
Fit check first · Documented handoff
Selective help with workflow automation, product systems, and small business tech modernization. Anything a system produces can be inspected before it acts — human approval gates stay wherever output leaves the building.
ENGAGEMENT SHAPES
A scoped install or build with a defined deliverable, documented handoff, and a 7-day support window tied to the setup itself.
Scoped conversations on systems, workflow design, and tooling decisions — useful when the build is yours but the judgment calls are shared.
Optional, bounded monthly scopes: small fixes, periodic review, documentation updates, and workflow tuning. Never an unlimited support promise.
BOUNDARIES
Support retainers do not include guaranteed uptime, emergency response, cybersecurity monitoring, or hardware repair unless separately agreed in writing.
External actions, publishing, account changes, and business decisions stay approval-gated unless separately designed and approved.
Customer-owned local hardware improves ownership and control, but connected models, email, apps, and integrations may still have third-party policies.
If a system cannot be explained, documented, and reviewed, it does not ship. AI output requires review before it is relied on.
